The Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) course is a training programme to provide emergency medical responders with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage trauma patients in the prehospital setting.
The MIMMS course ensures that participants are well-prepared to contribute to the medical management and support efforts during major incidents, ultimately helping to save lives and reduce suffering in times of crisis. This will include pre-learning modules to be completed prior to the 2-day classroom-based training course.
